The Lady Cavs playoff hopes came to an end on Friday 2/17.  They valiantly battled against New Braunfels Canyon trailing for most of the game.   The Lady Cavs defense came through in the 4th quarter forcing turnovers for the Cougarettes.  LT was able to tie up the game 51-51 with one minute to go! Unfortunately the Cougarettes prevailed and won 55-51.   Congratulations to the Lady Cavs for an OUTSTANDING season!!

2-14-12:  The Lady Cavs cruised to an easy victory against the Travis High School Rebels 64-43 on Valentine's Night in the Bi-District playoff round.  Next up is the Area playoff game versus New Braunfels Canyon, the winners of District 27-4A.  New Braunfels Canyon defeated Kerrville Tivy on 2/14 to move to the next round.  Game date/time/location TBD. 

The Lady Cavs ended the regular season with a big win in Dripping Springs on Tuesday night!   Stay tuned for more information about the playoffs.  

The Lady Cavs defeated the Vandegrift Vipers on Tuesday 1/31 at home.  The night was filled with amazing performances - both in the game and before the game!  Seniors were honored with gifts from the Booster Club and the crowd was treated to unforgettable dance performances by each Senior player!

LTlov night was a huge success.  The Lady Cavaliers raised $2,750 for the organization through bake sales, t-shirt sales and players also filled containers with change from fellow students and the community at large. 

Wimberley Tournament Summary

Lady Cavs faced off against Burnet at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday 12/27.  It was an early morning after Christmas, but the Lady Cavs pulled off the win 45-35.  Later in the day, they easily fended off Hondo 72-42.  Lady Cavs season record improves to 16-3.  

Lady Cavs move to the next round with a win over the Hays Rebels 66-41.  

The Lady Cavs winning streak ended on Thursday morning with a loss to a formidable Liberty Hill team.  Later in the day the Lady Cavs secured third place with a 60-44 win over Burnet.  Liberty Hill went on to win the tournament.
